About the role
- As a Key Account Manager at Mojo Medical, you will drive sales of refurbished medical devices by managing and growing relationships with high-revenue customers. The role focuses on proactive outreach, exceptional customer service, and strategic account management to exceed sales quotas and enhance customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales quotas with 150-200 accounts by increasing revenue from top customers, targeting year-over-year growth and expanding wallet share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through responsive and urgent service.
- Pre-Call Planning: Use reports and resources to prepare for targeted, proactive customer outreach.
- Sales Process Ownership: Manage the entire pre- and post-sale process, guiding customers through purchases and resolving concerns.
- Account Strategy: Develop and document profitable, long-term growth plans for key accounts to drive revenue and retention.
- Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales funnel and forecast orders for assigned accounts.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on AA Medical’s products, conducting demonstrations and addressing customer and colleague inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to secure equipment and meet sales goals.
- Order & Logistics: Accurately place orders, coordinate shipping, tracking, and fulfillment to meet customer deadlines.
- CRM Utilization: Use NetSuite to document customer conversations and actions to ensure clear communication and follow-up action plan.
Key Activities
- Focus on a defined list of 150–200 consistent, high volume purchasing accounts.
- Prioritization of assigned accounts, handling inbound leads only from those accounts.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, identifying potential needs during interactions to drive future sales.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Wallet share growth and revenue achievement by customer name.
- Meeting or exceeding quota targets.
- Selling above floor price or target margin.
- Number of estimates sent per day.
- Close rate on estimates.
- Number of outbound calls to customers and customer-related activity.
- Maintain an unable-to-fulfill rate below a specified threshold.
