Job Summary 

This position provides cross-functional team facilitation to support and enhance the efforts of youth and their families/caregivers, system workers who are part of the support team, and other individuals in a variety of environments. Provides facilitation, assessment, and case management services including all related documentation for services planned and provided. This position will work in the Juvenile Services office, school, family’s home and a variety of community and/or treatment settings. Facilitator II coordinates services with an understanding of the complexity of each family while blending the clinical care of the youth. This position is responsible for supporting key actions of the Collaborative Management Program (CMP) and Restorative Justice work within Juvenile Services. This position focuses on the engagement of parents, youth and community agencies to help build capacity and impact of the overall programs. Additionally, this position facilitates restorative conferencing within all Juvenile Services’ programs including Choice Pass, Diversion, law enforcement and school partnerships. This position also works within the FAST program and obtains all referrals for the Individual Services and Staff Team (ISST), facilitates the ISST meetings, works directly with families process and provides case management, as needed.


Pay Rate 

 The starting hourly range is from $30.36 to $34.57, depending on experience, plus full benefits. 

*The County pays monthly on the last week day of the month.*

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.

• Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 200 within the first year of employment.


Qualifications/Education


• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Sociology or other related field required.

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field or four years of related work experience OR

Equivalent combination of education and experience 


Knowledge/Skills


Bilingual - English and Spanish Speaking (Required)
