Junior UX/UI Designer

We're looking for a talented Junior UX/UI Designer to help create impactful digital experiences for the state of Texas and contribute to building our growing UX design and research program. You'll design intuitive interfaces, collaborate on requirements, wireframes, and prototypes, and iterate based on feedback—all while learning from experienced teammates. Our ideal candidate is excited building this program, okay with working in the abstract, and helps drive decision making.
