Our dynamic team of 20 technology professionals, data scientists, and&nbsp;energy efficiency experts works collaboratively to develop advanced mobile and cloud platforms&nbsp;that transform how organizations approach energy efficiency program administration.</p> <p><strong>THE POSITION</strong><br>Hancock Software is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Implementation team and serve&nbsp;as a primary technical resource throughout the client lifecycle. In this hands-on role, you will&nbsp;guide customers through preparation, planning, configuration, validation, and deployment of the&nbsp;Hancock Cloud energy efficiency software platform. You will collaborate closely with Technical&nbsp;Support, Product Management, Engineering, and the Executive team to deliver exceptional&nbsp;outcomes for clients across the country. Another key aspect of this role is client and software&nbsp;support; you will provide service-level application support to assist our support team in the&nbsp;diagnosis and debugging of software and configuration-related issues. Experience in energy&nbsp;efficiency retrofits or utility efficiency programs is a plus.</p> <p><br><strong>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>•
