This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in recruiting and HR. Our ideal candidate is curious, has strong communication skills, and has a genuine interest in connecting great people with meaningful work.</p> <p>You'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle hands-on, working alongside experienced recruiters who will mentor and support you as you grow. As your skills develop, so will your responsibilities; this role is designed as a launchpad into full-cycle recruiting.</p> <p><strong>This position is 100% remote. Candidates must live in the United States.</strong></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Learn and support the full recruitment process — from resume screening and phone screens to interview scheduling and offer preparation — with guidance from senior team members</li> <li>Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit</li> <li>Help source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals</li> <li>Assist in building a high-quality, diverse pipeline of prospects for current and future openings</li> <li>Support relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to grow our early-career talent pipeline</li> <li>Schedule candidate interviews and assist with posting job requisitions</li> <li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what makes candidates successful at Cranial Technologies</li> <li>Maintain accurate, organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system</li> <li>Ensure confidentiality of employee information, patient information, and other sensitive data</li> <li>Take on other duties and projects assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years recruiting or recruiting coordination experience preferred</li> <li>
