(Junior) Manager Business Processes Master Data Governance

YOUR MISSION

To support our global master data management initiative, the Business Solutions team is seeking a dynamic and skilled business process manager to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll run data excellence initiatives worldwide. Leading projects, blending data and communication expertise with top-notch project management skills to drive innovation and operational excellence on a global scale.

• Project Leadership: Lead country rollouts of digital master data management tools, elevating data quality and operational efficiency across PUMA's global landscape.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted partnerships across diverse business domains, understanding their data needs, assessing existing management practices, and aligning platforms to meet their requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, benefits, achievements, and relevant information to internal and external stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships at all levels.
• Standards and Optimization: Define global standards and rules to enhance the leverage of master data management practices.
• Change Management & Approval Processes: Establish robust change management and approval protocols for global master data objects, incorporating local needs.

YOUR TALENT

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent. Proven work experience in project management, demonstrating strong execution and monitoring skills.
• Proficiency in Order to Cash, Finance, or Digital Tool implementations. Knowledge of master data domains like material or business partner is advantageous. Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and the business partner concept is highly appreciated.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills to navigate cross-functional and cross-cultural environments effectively.
• Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
• International exposure and a willingness to travel (up to 20%)
• Fluent English (written & spoken) is a prerequisite.
