Junior Global People Data Analyst

Together with the Global People Analytics team members in Germany, India and Romania, you will act as a subject matter expert for People Data Analytics topics globally. You will collaborate with local and global teams across Allianz Technology to ensure the required data quality to enable efficient and effective reporting and analysis of workforce developments. You will compile different sets of data and consolidate in order to deliver analytical results to our People Leadership team and wider business. You will reach out to business owners to identify requirements regarding data definitions and analytics. It is important for you to get to know Allianz Technology as a company and its strategic priorities to support your analyses and identify relevant indicators and trends. You will play a significant role in further improving the efficiency in the global (system) reporting landscape, also through automation. You will have the opportunity to contribute to Allianz Group initiatives and other projects with your analytical expertise and data delivery. You closely collaborate with Allianz Technology People function Product Owners (Centers of Expertise) and Business Partners, as well as IT functions, service providers and the Allianz Group’s global People & Culture function.

 

You will

• HR data analytics and modelling, data governance monitoring and controlling
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards and organizational metrics in SAP SuccessFactors, MS Excel, PowerBI, MS Excel
• SAP SuccessFactors data extraction, validation and analysis; identify and select appropriate methods for validating and verifying database extractions and data integritydata quality.
• Check and control data quality in global HR systems, propose and develop further automation of data gathering and reporting activities, prepare detailed recommendations for areas of focus and improvement, based on data analysis.

 

Your skills

 

 

a) Qualification, Certification and Experiences 

• University degree in Business Administration, Data or related area
• Expert user of leading data analytics solutions and language (e.g. Python/ Julia, PowerBI, etc.)
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, competent with wider MS Office suite of applications
• 5+ years (corporate) business experience in an international environment
• Expertise in controlling activities, data analytics and data modelling, experience with people/ workforce data is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of master data management processes
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Methodological & conceptual skills
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
• Fluent in both spoken and written English;, German is a plus
• Comfortable with compiling, interpreting and reporting on information on a wide range of topics

• Good understanding of process maps/ system configuration documentation, to also be able identify missing data/ information from internal customers required to perform processes/ actions;
• Able to manage and understand complex HR-related data.
