We’re committed to enhancing lives, one project at a time. Your Role as Junior EstimatorAs a Junior Estimator, you will be a key contributor to our multifamily projects, supporting the Preconstruction team from schematic design through final turnover to Project Managers. You will assist with budgeting, design, estimating, and bidding processes, ensuring seamless project execution in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Preconstruction Support: Assist in preparing bids, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Preconstruction Managers, civil engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver project excellence.
  • Project Handoff: Support the transition from preconstruction to construction, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution.
  • Industry Expertise: Apply diversified knowledge of construction processes and best practices to drive project success.
  • Team Dynamics: Thrive in a team-oriented environment as a proactive, self-motivated professional.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to meet project goals.
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or preconstruction is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.

Performing this job will sometimes require the employee to walk work sites that do not have infrastructure, this includes walking on uneven surfaces, through mud, through ruts, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires the use of hands to finer, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear (bells, whistles, etc.), stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and the risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
