Junior Designer

We are seeking a Jr. designer who turns imagination into polished creative deliverables.

TASKS:

Work independently or with a team to deliver design solutions
Fluent in design principles and typesetting practices
Produce a variety of high quality of deliverables

Present and discuss the work with clarity and confidence, both internally and with clients
Identity creative insights that lead to design systems and solutions
Manage multiple deadlines and project workflows

REQUIRED:

4-year degree
1-3 years of experience and an online portfolio demonstrating past success in design solutions
Current on creative tactics and emerging marketing and communications trends
Understanding of user-experience design and digital best practices
Command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
