We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Demand Planner to join our team. In this role, you will assist in forecasting and planning to ensure optimal inventory levels, support business strategies, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Forecasting: Assist in developing and refining sales forecast models using tools like Power BI and demand planning tool. Integrate historical sales data, seasonal trends, and promotional activities into forecasting processes.
• Demand Forecast Accuracy: Support efforts to improve demand forecast precision by identifying opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze large datasets to generate insights for reporting and dashboard visualization. Ensure data quality and reliability for effective decision-making.
• Inventory Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate order sizes, frequency trends, and market dynamics into inventory planning processes.
• Market and Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor industry trends, product seasonality, and business performance to adjust and refine sales forecasts.
• Forecast Maintenance: Conduct bi-weekly and monthly forecast reviews, addressing demand-related issues in a timely manner while supporting inventory management strategies.
• Predictive Analytics: Assist in identifying potential inventory challenges and recommend adjustments to forecasts using predictive analytics to minimize risks and seize opportunities.
• Communication: Effectively communicate sales forecasts, inventory estimations, and key market insights to team members and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on large datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.

The anticipated compensation range is

21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
