With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, consumer insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Jr. Associate, Global Brand and Programs Marketing to join the Creative & Marketing team at Snap Inc.! As a member of the Global Brand and Programs Marketing, you will support and execute marketing programs that amplify the Snapchat brand and value proposition through world-class creative. This person will serve as a trusted partner supporting the team across a variety of projects to launch and amplify our Integrated Marketing Programs. Your mission is to educate, inspire and ultimately help grow the revenue side of our business while simultaneously reinforcing growth initiatives. The core role involves managing crucial processes associated with asset creation, finance, legal, and distribution, as well as providing operational insight to inform team strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute marketing programs that inspire our community and advertising clients across multiple channels including paid media, web and social channels, marketing events, agency takeovers, and more. 

  • Contribute to briefs and partner with internal and external creative partners to design and launch campaigns

  • Develop and maintain best-in-class messaging and collateral (e.g. emails, cases studies/success stories, presentation documents, multi-sheets) that support the campaign goals

  • Manage quarterly priorities and content development life cycles to ensure timely delivery of material

  • Monitor the competitive space, industry news and trends to understand marketplace opportunities  

  • Effectively manage multiple internal stakeholders and time in order to juggle multiple, competing priorities.

  • Management of all purchase orders and invoices

  • Vendor onboarding into our Snap systems

  • Driving monthly budget reconciliation process and troubleshooting 

  • Liaising with finance to ensure compliance with quarterly deadlines 

  • Providing performance and data analyses to recommend priorities for annual and quarterly planning

  • Oversee the development of vendor MSAs, SOWs, and event sponsorship agreements in partnership with Business Affairs team

  • Support NDA process with new vendors and  Snap Legal

  • Develop clearance reports to manage IP rights for marketing campaigns 

  • Working with marketing managers to manage their project pipeline to enable the cross-functional team to plan resourcing ahead of time 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Have a growing market awareness, understanding of marketing concepts such as narrative, positioning and competition analysis.

  • Operate with general guidance and oversight. Receive instructions for new assignments and grow capability to operate with independence.

  • Continually identify efficiency improvements, and work with cross functional teams to develop templates, self-serve options etc. as needed 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience including relevant internship(s)

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • Experience using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
