Junior Allocator Retail Europe

YOUR MISSION

• Support with in-season stock investment to deliver planned targets for stores and for divisional/departmental area of responsibility
• Review product performance daily/weekly to optimize inventory levels by store and drive sales, ensuring Right Product, Right Quantity, Right Place & Right Time
• Becoming cross-departmental link between stores, area managers and the departments within HQ
• Analyze store performances through data analysis as well as through feedback from the field to identify risks and opportunities, ultimately leading to improvement of performances
• Support Planning Team in delivering proposals on key decisions on products, promotions, and markdowns, targeting specific product divisions and/or stores
• Supporting operational as well as strategic tasks, to improve current processes and accomplish both short & long-term projects for Planning & Allocation team
• Liaise with fellow Allocators to ensure coordination between stores & products, to ensure Flow of Product within the season
• Monitor and optimize allocation tool to ensure it is working efficiently and according to store needs.

YOUR TALENT

• Preferably educated to degree
• Experience in retail and/or industry are beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge and numerical skills
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English is a must, additional European languages are a plus
• Flexibility, time management and drive for results
• Team player mentality with strong communication and listening skills
• This position is available full time or part time (30 hours/week).
