Reporting to the Senior Accountant in UK, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating various accounting functions.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Accounts Payable:</span></p> <ul> <li>Process supplier invoices in Workday (accounting system)</li> <li>Review purchase orders and match them with invoices.</li> <li>Manage vendor payments and the creation of new supplier accounts.</li> <li>Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations.</li> <li>Review employee travel expense reports.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">General Accounting:</span></p> <ul> <li>Assist with General accounting entries such as prepayments or accruals.</li> <li>Assist with monthly reconciliations.</li> <li>Assist with the generation of revenue entries from Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li> <li>Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Organized and detail-oriented individual eager to develop their skills in&nbsp;managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.</li> <li>The ideal candidate will be a team player&nbsp;with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li> <li>Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel.</li> <li>Fluent English speaker. Other languages such as French or German are a plus.</li> <li>Currently studying Accounting or Accounting &amp; Finance (or a closely related degree with substantial accounting coursework).</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principle
