We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting senior account managers, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the execution of strategic plans to meet customer needs. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients

• Support the preparation of client reports, proposals, and presentations

• Monitor account performance and ensure client needs are being met

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project deadlines

• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data

• Help resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

• Attend regular client meetings and team briefings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 0-2 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field
