MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Quality Specialist to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides support in implementing the program Quality Management Plan (QMP) on assigned projects and at the Task Order (TO) level, including adhering to defined processes, submitting required artifacts, and providing training to team members on the QMP

• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of internal and external audits with project and Program Management Office (PMO) personnel, ensuring smooth and efficient audit execution

• Collaborate with project and PMO staff to resolve corrective actions and findings assigned to projects in a timely manner, under the direction of senior Specialists

• Perform document peer reviews, gap analyses, root cause analyses, and audits, collaborating with the quality management organization to ensure that metric repositories are consistently updated and accurate for the TO and each assigned project

• Support the monitoring of TO- and project-level risk management activities to ensure compliance with the risk management process, working under the guidance of senior Specialists

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or 4+ years of additional experince in lieu of a bachelors.

• 4+ years of position-specific relevant experience including CMMI for Development and Services, ISO 9000, root cause analysis, and process auditing.

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant industry-standard certifications such as Quality Assurance (ASQ) certification.

• Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
