Job Description

  • we are seeking a highly experienced full stack technical architect with 12+ years of software engineering experience to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in java 17, spring boot, openapi/swagger, and angular 20, with hands-on experience building secure, scalable, high-performance applications.
  • The role will be responsible for defining end-to-end application architecture, establishing development standards, branching strategies, code review frameworks, and security best practices. The candidate will provide technical leadership across multiple development teams, drive architectural governance, review critical code paths, and ensure adherence to quality, performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • The individual will act as the primary technical advisor to client stakeholders and senior leadership, translating complex technical decisions into business outcomes. Responsibilities include mentoring development leads and engineers, driving technical excellence, managing architectural risks and technical debt, and ensuring delivery of business-critical applications within aggressive timelines while meeting defined slas and performance objectives.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $106230 to $145000 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
