Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer 
Location: Phoenix AZ OR Charlotte, NC
Duration: Full-Time

 

Job Summary 

  • Backend Java Engineer with 7- 8 years of experience in banking projects, specializing in domestic and international payments using CBPR+ standards (PAIN, PACS, CAMT) and payment processing systems.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot microservices, PL/SQL, API development, with exposure to React JS and active participation in Agile Scrum delivery.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Must have Banking projects experience especially Domestic or International payments using CBPR+ standards ( PAIN,PACS,CAMT ) message standards.
  • 7-8 years of experience in Core Java Backend development
  • Design, develop, and maintain microservice-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience on PL-SQL & RAD tool
  • Build and enhance APIs for payment processing systems.
  • Experience on UI development using REACT JS will be good.
  • Collaborate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 - $104364 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
