Detailed Job Description

You will be responsible for the development, testing, rollout, and support of new business features, working alongside engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders. As part of our global team, you will help shape and implement our strategic vision of a consumer-grade, industry-leading digital experience.

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience using JavaScript
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in development with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Experience working with databases — NoSQL and/or relational
• Comfortable with Agile operating models (Scrum/Kanban)
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be independent and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environment
• Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservice architectures
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with version control (Git), continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$61087 - $104364 yearly 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
