Janitorial Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour (US Dollars)  
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. • Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations in a commercial building environment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
• Manage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
• Oversee payroll processes using ADP and Blueforce
• Monitor and report on Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing accuracy
• Support budget planning and cost control initiatives
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required
• Foster a culture of hospitality and responsiveness to tenant needs
• Communicate effectively with building management and C-suite personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in commercial janitorial operations in NYC
• Prior managerial experience in facilities or building services
• Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting
• Understanding of AR reporting and financial documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
