Janitorial Project Manager

The position open is for a full-time Janitorial Project Manager. The position is Monday through Friday with some occasional weekend hours. The typical shift is from 3:30 to 11:30. The duties include, but are not limited to nightly quality inspections, labor management to include recruitment of staff, using progressive discipline when necessary, and allocation of existing labor resources to ensure contract fulfillment when staff members are absent. Manage and maintain proper supply levels. Correct timesheets and track labor expenditures daily. Manage all staff including hourly, as well as other salaried supervisory staff. Good time management skills are a must for the successful candidate.

Requirements

Reliable Transportation.

COMPLETLY clear criminal history is a must.

3 years prior demonstrable janitorial management experience is necessary.
