SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks within multiple departments. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Daily tasks in each area include:

 

• Empty all trash cans/pick up trash.
• Sweep/Vacuum and/or mop floor
• Cleaning sinks
• Replace/fill paper towel dispensers.
• Running floor scrubber depending on department

 

Weekly tasks should be completed once/week:

 

• Dust/wipe down furniture
• Clean air supply/return vents (ceiling)
• Dust/wipe down windows and doors

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

• Proven working experience as a Janitor
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree
