The Role
As a Janitorial Associate at Moxion, you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall welcoming atmosphere of our facility. Your responsibilities will include various tasks such as kitchen maintenance, bathroom restocking, and providing support for occasional cleaning projects.

What you’ll do:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a daily schedule which includes but is not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, glass cleaning, and waste removal.
• Refill supplies and manage inventory of cleaning materials.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and functionality of all facilities areas including restrooms, break areas, conference rooms, and common spaces.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards as per company policies and health regulations.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the facilities manager promptly.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for company events as needed.
• Ensure secure closing of the building post-shift if required.

• Ability to work various shifts as well as overtime hours
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Comfortable workig with irritant chemicals, gasses, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of following an assigned routine.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Nice to haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preffered.

Shift details:

• 8am-4:30pm
• Some overtime and weekends depending on business needs

Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements.  We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience.  Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change. 
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
