Responsibilities
Participate in the helpdesk ticketing queue to provide resolutions to internal customers’ IT issues
Process onboarding and offboarding tasks for new hires and employee departures
User account creation
System setup and deployment using a standardized imaging tool
Physical setup of IT hardware for internal customers
Perform software installations for core and add-on applications
Monitor patching status for the corporate network, provide reports on compliance and remediate as necessary
