<li>Network Administration and Security</li>
<li>Hardware and Software Installation and Maintenance and Repair (Aloha POS, etc.)</li>
<li>Network and System Troubleshooting</li>
<li>Preventative Maintenance</li>
<li>VPN, Printers, Email and Phone system administration</li>
<li>Security Camera and Alarms Installation and Maintenance</li>
<li>Provide onsite technical support for corporate office and phone/field support for restaurants</li>
<li>Examine, evaluate, and improve existing networks and systems</li>
<li>Research, recommend, and execute new networks and systems</li>
</ul><div>
<br><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in networking and hardware/software troubleshooting</li>
<li>Working Knowledge and understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and Firewalls</li>
<li>Experience with Aloha POS equipment and CCTV Required</li>
<li>Possess an entrepreneurial spirit</li>
<li>Strong communication and listening skills</li>
<li>Produce high quality work with attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Initiate work independently and prioritize work duties with high urgency</li>
<li>Set goals and achieve them on time and efficiently</li>
<li>Ability to learn and understand new software</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook</li>
<li>Availability to work weekends and holidays to complete tasks</li>
