Job description
- Technical support for users including, setup, repairs, troubleshooting, maintaining workstations
- Assist on-site maintenance facility with a suite of diagnostic software
- Responsible for periodic performance checks and keeping inventory of equipment
- Assist with a variety of IT projects, as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT operations and infrastructure in a Windows environment
- Ability to troubleshoot the individual components of a computer
- Ambitious team player
- Maintain a reliable system for prioritizing tasks and ensuring its completion'
