ON’s patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center.&nbsp;With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers.&nbsp;</p></div><h3>Role Summary</h3> <p class="p1">We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the IT area, able to manage their time efficiently,&nbsp;with good judgment to decide between priorities, willingness and experience in following standards, guidelines and&nbsp;IT&nbsp;frameworks, and with experience in Windows OS and applications, to perform and be highly responsible in the role of IT&nbsp;Support at On.Energy.</p> <h3><br>Job Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Support and compliance with Corporate guidelines.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain and safeguard Corporate assets.</li> <li>Maintain and propose best practices in the IT area.&nbsp;</li> <li>Keep the Infrastructure and Systems used at On.Energy in proper working condition.&nbsp;</li> <li>Attend to and resolve user requests.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage, execute, and follow up on tasks through to completion and closure.&nbsp;</li> <li>Install, configure, and keep all Software up to date.</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all personal data belonging to users and Corporate data belonging to On.Energy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Report to the Technology and Software Management teams.</li> </ul> <h3><br>Required Experience</h3> <ul> <li>IT professional with 2-5 years of experience in IT Support functions.</li> <li>Strong willingness to record and document tasks, events, and incidents.</li> <li>Experience in installation, configuration, and updating of Windows 10/11 Pro.</li> <li>Experience in Windows user administration.</li> <li>Experience in installation, configuration, and updating of applications on Windows.</li> <li>Experience with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker.</li> <li>Experience with administration, control, and remote support applications.</li> <li>Experience working remotely.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Risk Assessment.</li> <li>Experience with Linux.</li> <li>Experience in disk image creation/restoration.</li> <li>Experience with Agile Methodologies.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <p><strong>For US-based roles -
