IT Support Center Analyst

Overview

We have an excellent opportunity available for an on-site IT Support Center Analyst in our Home Office located in downtown Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and other technology tools, products and peripherals
• Installs hardware, software, networking and peripheral equipment as needed
• Response and support for iSeries related Operator level support requests and troubleshooting
• Responds/resolves incidents and service requests in accordance with expected service levels
• Oversee the execution and completion of assigned tasks
• Logs and tracks all work effort using ITSM tools, and maintains history records and related documentation
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while delivering high standards of customer service
• Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Roto-Rooter through performing behaviors consistent with the organizations’ values

Requirements

Requirements include:

• Associate degree in related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in related technical support role
• Operator level IBM iSeries/ AS400 experience
• May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience

 Applicable Technical Certifications:

• Microsoft MTA, MCSA, MCSE
• CCNA, Networking +
• ITIL Foundations preferred
• HDI Support Center Analyst preferred
