IT Software and AI Data Intern

Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with AI enablement experience to join our IT team in developing Analytic Data reports and workflows from IT systems such as MS D365 CRM, ERP/IFS, Databricks, Power BI.

Successful candidate will apply and further develop analytical and technical skills to build robust software solutions in Enterprise IT environment, including AI Agents to improve efficiency of Engineering or other aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Co-develop functional specs for IT data reports. Work with IT staff and business users to define data collection and reporting steps and automation
• Use Data Warehouse, Power BI, MS CRM. Develop reports and workflow for Finance applications
• Optimize/Refine AI agents: Test and optimize AI Agents to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Integrate AI into Existing Systems: Seamless integrate AI models into current processes and systems across departments.

Requirements:

• Computer Science (CS) or related field or currently pursing MSc degree is preferred. 
• Outstanding Senior year CS major college students are considered too.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java,
• Experienced in AI, Machine Learning, Basic understanding of IT Systems and their business value
• Experience with Database or Enterprise IT software systems is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
