Your Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee a full-scale Salesforce migration project within the CETS organization (Customer Rebates, Solar, Clean Transportation)
• Manage delivery timelines, documentation, and ensure milestone achievement
• Lead and coordinate a 12–13 member cross-functional team (Salesforce Business Analyst, Developers, QA Testers, Architects)
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders including TCS, Accenture, and Salesforce
• Ensure best practices are followed around documentation, requirement gathering, and team communication
• Support applications that serve both internal agents and external customers

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end IT project management
• Experience with Salesforce platforms (especially Energy and Utilities Cloud) is a strong plus
• Proficient in Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools (especially PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile practices, and roles including PO vs PM dynamics
• Excellent communicator with high attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a proactive work ethic

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Prior experience in the utilities sector or with large-scale enterprise transformation projects
• Knowledge of Clean Energy Program Management (Winter '24 release)
• PMP or PMPL certification (preferred but not required)

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
