CSA is looking for an IT Project Manager to assist our Navy client in delivering the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to manage and track IT projects in support of the Navy. You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while working alongside your team to make a tangible difference.

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

  • Clearance: Eligible to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 years of relevant experience in IT project management
  • General Experience: IT project management, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Software Development, and Network Infrastructure Management
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, including server installations, workstation deployments, network infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL
  • Experience collaborating with U.S. Military clients and delivering IT solutions in defense environments
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of networks or classroom training technology
  • PMP Certification is highly preferred.
  • Security+ Certification
Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey (Jersey City), New York or Washington:The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
