As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you’ll partner with clients to deliver new enterprise service offerings across the U.S. Army. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with supporting complex IT projects as a project or program manager in a large-scale implementation
Experience with DoD IT and security programs
Experience with developing and managing project schedules, resources, risk, deliverables, and day-to-day tasks of the team
Experience with managing and working on multiple concurrent tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced matrix-managed environment to meet aggressive deadlines
Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of project management and Agile processes to guide the collection of requirements and data points from multiple stakeholders, and develop process maps to document process flows
Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders across multiple teams
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
Knowledge of Agile development, concepts, and tools, including Jira, sprints, features, and user stories
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Network+, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
