  • Manage IT projects and initiatives ensuring successful delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget;
  • Partner with stakeholders, including Group, Regional, and Business teams, to ensure alignment of IT projects with business objectives;
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT project management methodologies and tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Collaborate with all departments across the company to support the implementation of Information Technology Solutions projects and initiatives across all Eurofins DiscoverX sites, ensuring compliance with corporate and business line level standards.
  2. Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for process and system improvements based on business/user requirements and IT system functionalities.
  3. Participate actively in local IT deployments, including installation, customization, testing, documentation, and training of IT solutions.
  4. Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of existing and new systems to ensure they meet regulatory and business requirements, such as regulatory compliance, data integrity, IP protection, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  5. Act as the point of contact with the Group / Regional IT Infrastructure teams, representing the business in such interactions.
