WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Support, and other departments involved in the transition process.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage project scope and identify potential risks or deviations from the project plan.
- Ensure adherence to established budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new systems.
- Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Train end-users on the new system and facilitate a smooth transition post-implementation.
