The Project Manager will be responsible for driving IT-related projects from planning through execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed scope, cost, quality, and schedule.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has previous experience working in <strong>aerospace, aircraft manufacturing, engineering, or another complex industrial environment</strong>, and understands how IT solutions support production and operational processes.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate <strong>IT / Information Management projects</strong>&nbsp;supporting the Kinston site and its business operations.</li> <li>Manage projects from initiation through delivery, including scope, planning, milestones, resources, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.</li> <li>Act as the primary coordination point between <strong>business stakeholders, manufacturing/engineering teams, IT teams, vendors, and management</strong>.</li> <li>Understand business and operational requirements and translate them into structured IT project activities and priorities.</li> <li>Maintain project roadmaps, schedules, action plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and delivery plans.</li> <li>Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive mitigation and escalation when required.</li> <li>Ensure effective communication and visibility regarding project progress, priorities, blockers, and decisions.</li> <li>Prepare and present project status reporting, KPIs, delivery performance, workload/capacity information, and management updates.</li> <li>Lead project govern
