Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to lead the work intake process and coordinate projects with a team of application developers responsible for the implementation of innovative solutions with a focus on the Healthcare Market..

 

Responsibilities will include a heavy emphasis on managing work through various phases of the development efforts, coordinating work activities with various members of the team, and growth of internal applications in MS Windows environment that support data ingestion, composition, manufacturing and print production.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage all aspects of projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost. 
  • Accurately prioritize projects/incidents based on severity, urgency and impact to the business.
  • Provide reports to management tracking all projects until successful implementation, highlighting any risks.
  • Develop and provide content for Knowledge Base that end users can access for information and self-serve problem solving.
  • Ensure compliance to corporate standards and policy surrounding security and participate in audits as required. 
  • Manage projects within the department under a functional lead
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
  • Track and analyze projects’ performance and report any possible or current blockers, risks or overflows. 
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, reviewing requirements, and communicating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to the overall work pipeline.
  • Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks for estimating and execution.
  • Communicate to the management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with up to 2+ years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
  • Knowledge of endpoint software such as MS Windows OS, MAC OS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite of Applications
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.  Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.
  • 2-3 years of IT Project Management or Project Coordinator experience.

  • Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment
  • Desktop experience including PDF & Postscript manipulation skills is a plus.
  • Understanding or Print technologies and manufacturing practices is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, XML, and common ETL data file transmission formats is plus.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA Kanban boards, reporting and tracking a Kanban team is a plus.

 

 

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $62,800 to $111,400 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
