About the role

Position Overview

AvantBlue seeks a motivated high school apprentice to join our team as an IT Project Coordinator. This hands-on apprenticeship offers real-world experience in technology, project coordination, customer service, and business operations alongside experienced IT professionals — no prior experience required; training is provided.

Primary Responsibilities

Track project timelines/milestones, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document notes.
Follow up on action items and maintain project documentation and status reports.
Organize digital files, assist with data entry/CRM updates, and prepare client documentation.
Help create presentations, reports, and internal templates/checklists.
Participate in client meetings, draft professional emails/summaries, and support customer follow-up and onboarding.
Assist with website updates, social media, event planning, demos, and sales proposal prep.

Required Qualifications

• Current high school student in an approved apprenticeship program.
• Interest in IT, Business, Project Management, or Computer Science.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong academic standing, excellent attendance, and dependability.
