THE IT PROGRAM MANAGER POSITIONSunnova Energy is searching for an IT Program Manager to be responsible for leading a team of IT Project Managers, supporting multiple scrum teams. Acting as a subject matter expert in project management, the individual will be accountable for project delivery metrics for their team. 
THE IT PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES •Manages multiple IT Project Managers that lead one or more scrum teams comprised of developers, quality assurance analysts, and business analysts to deliver requested changes.•Collaborates with other IT Project Managers, Product Owners and Program Managers to plan and deliver cross-functional initiatives.•Takes accountability of project delivery metrics for assigned teams.•Oversees resource capacity planning for assigned teams.•Manages vendors, budgets, and individual projects/initiatives as assigned•Provides audit support and completes project related controls.•Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple products and technologies. •Influences the design of technical solutions to satisfy business requirements.•Adheres to Sunnova project management standards & practices; suggests and implements process improvements. 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent•6+ years’ related business experience•4+ years’ working in cloud-based technology•2+ years’ working with Salesforce•4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager•2+ years experience managing people
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS•Experience in energy industry (solar, wholesale or retail electricity)•Experience managing vendors and budgetsAdditional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Demonstrates ability to identify and mitigate risks to project schedules and budgets; delegates work accordingly•Excellent data-analysis skills •Ability to coordinate resources across multiple teams and initiatives
