Position Summary:
The IT Program Delivery is responsible for planning, coordinating, aligning, and leading enterprise initiatives to ensure strategy, operations, and digital technologies function as a cohesive system. This role partners with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into coordinated execution, breaking down silos and optimizing value streams without direct ownership of delivery teams. Actively plans, coordinates, and manages IT strategy and planning activities across platforms and initiatives, working closely with technologists, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure technical and operational alignment. Serves as a cross functional integrator, leveraging systems thinking and strong technology skills to drive initiatives efficiently from concept through implementation and realized value. May provide work direction on small, medium, and large-scale enterprise or IT initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise coordination, digital deployment, transformation, program management, service management, project management, or a related functional technical role.
• ITIL v4 or later certification, with demonstrated experience applying IT service management principles in a practical, enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of and/or certification in project management, process improvement, or related disciplines (e.g., Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• Experience planning and leading improvement initiatives across multiple systems, platforms, or business units.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including applications, platforms, integrations, and data flows.
• Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders, technologists, operations, and vendors to align execution activities.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating processes, dependencies, and enterprise impacts.
• Experience leading strategy to execution activities such as initiative planning, dependency management, and delivery coordination.
• Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings, working sessions, and alignment forums.
• Strong documentation skills for execution plans, deployment readiness of materials, process flows, and status reporting.
• Familiarity with change enablement practices including readiness, adoption, and communication support.
• Proficient in common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration boards, diagramming or workflow tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with flexibility in managing daily priorities while collaborating across teams.
