Position Summary:

As an IT Product Manager at Benco, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of multiple software initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet customer needs. This role demands a proactive project leader who can manage projects from conception through to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Sales Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver impactful, user-centered software solutions that drive revenue growth and elevate customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will collaborate with development teams and Application Development Managers to prioritize and plan project tasks, as well as coordinate scrum activities to ensure smooth, agile project execution. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, aligning resources, implementing A/B testing strategies, and leveraging customer feedback to guide decisions. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in promoting agile practices and project management excellence across the organization, ensuring best practices are followed and project objectives are consistently achieved.

• Knowledge of software development best practices, marketing strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
