Job Description
CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese, and Peter Piper Pizza restaurants, is seeking a Summer 2025 Network Operations Intern for the Information Technology Department. This exciting opportunity will be based at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, TX. The typical working hours are 8:30am to 5:30 pm.

Information Technology – Network Operations
Division Business Objective:
An in-depth and real-world application of IT Networking concepts, across multiple Information Technology teams. More specifically, IT Network Operations are responsible for supporting Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks, including firewall, wireless access points and switching infrastructure. . The department also provides other IT support, such as network administration, device management and help desk.
This is a paid internship that will provide you with an opportunity for professional growth and development. This program will NOT qualify for college credits. This awesome opportunity will be based at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, TX. This position requires 40 hours per week during working hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Learn about change management process lifecycle.
Participate in cross – functional IT projects.
Monitor IT systems and resolve or escalate any found issues.
Add/maintain technical documentation and service catalog.
Assist on software/hardware deployments and or upgrades.
Gain exposure to various IT systems and technologies , including Zendesk, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Firepower, Microsoft Azure and Ekahau wireless design and provisioning.
Develop a working relationship with the Information Technology Team and other key departments.

Intern Responsibilities:
Participate and contribute to applicable projects or initiatives in a team environment.
Rotation across all participating departments for one week (TBD)
Physical Demands:
To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 – 25 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with some overtime. Incumbent must also be available to travel locally to various locations by operating a vehicle if needed.
