We are a growing immigration law firm in need of a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. The Executive Assistant will have previous experience supporting multiple leaders, performing administrative duties and providing support to management.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs administrative support functions for the IT Department.
- Scheduling of meetings
- Manage business manager’s correspondence inbox and calendar
- Perform advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties
- Serve as a communication intermediary between business manager and external contacts
- Event management
- Conducts research and meetings with vendors as requested by the manager
- Manages all invoices and receipts.
- Books travels for the IT Department
Qualifications and Requirements
- Five years of experience as an executive assistant within the IT environment is preferred
- Basic understanding of IT is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and clerical skills
- Highly adaptable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and proactively
- Reliable, responsible, accountable, and resourceful
- Computer proficient, experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
