Salary Range

Technical Analyst - $6,477.00 - $8,096.00

Systems Analyst - $8,218.00 - $10,478.00

Senior Systems Analyst - $9,430.00 - $12,023.00

 

Location - Located at one of the following NPPD locations in Nebraska: Columbus, Doniphan, Kearney, Norfolk, Plattsmouth, or York. This role may be eligible for a partial telecommute or a hybrid work schedule following the initial training period.

Position Summary

 

We are looking for a developer/analyst with a strong interest in expanding their expertise across front-end development, back-end development, and system configuration within the SAP landscape. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver solutions that support the needs of NPPD’s business units and customers.


You will participate in the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Requirements gathering
  • System design
  • Implementation and configuration
  • Testing and deployment
  • Documentation
  • Ongoing application support   

 

This position offers the opportunity to build skills in problem analysis, system design, and the tools and processes used across the District. As part of the Corporate Applications Support team, the incumbent will help support and manage key business processes and related applications. Collaboration with business partners, IT technical teams, and Cyber Security is essential to ensure solutions meet expectations and align with District requirements.

 

Education, Training and Experience

 

Technical Analyst:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (OR)  Associate degree and a minimum of three (3) years technical IT experience, including specific experience as listed below (OR) High school diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years technical IT experience, including specific experience as listed below.

 

Systems Analyst:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of four (4) years technical IT experience as listed below (OR)  Associate degree and a minimum of six (6) years technical IT experience including specific experience as listed below (OR) a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of eight (8) years technical IT experience including specific experience as listed below.

 

Senior Systems Analyst:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of eight (8) years technical IT experience as listed below (OR)  Associate degree and a minimum of ten (10) years technical IT experience including specific experience as listed below (OR) a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of twelve (12) years technic
