About the role

The IT Business Analyst acts as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders by understanding business problems and change needs, assessing the business impact of problems/changes and translating them into an IT demand.  

This position is responsible for supporting purchasing-related functions at the corporate and plant levels. The position will support ERP applications, integrations, and process improvements through project management and coordinated efforts with stakeholders. 

Key Job Accountabilities

• Configures, implements, maintains and upgrades Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules within functional area of responsibility 

• Provides ongoing system support both internal (xBerry) & external (Vendor) for supported applications and ERP modules 

• Collaborates with IT and business to identify process gaps and how to effect resolve them using system alternatives or enhancements.
