IT Business Analyst

The Opportunity:

To be more efficient and effective, the Army needs a business process specialist to learn its portfolio management, acquisition support, end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, an experienced business process specialist who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.

As a business process specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership and engineers, analysts, support staff to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll help with portfolio management, enterprise licensing, and acquisition support, facilitate workshops, communicate your research and illustrative analysis using resource analysis, business case analysis, surveys and data calls, and review IT programs and investments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.

Using technical expertise on statistical, mathematical, econometric or operations research methods and concepts, you’ll provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. This is your chance to grow experience in portfolio management, enterprise licensing, and service integration, while deepening your process improvement and project management skills.

You Have:

• Experience with supporting the DoD or Army

• Experience with software licenses

• Experience with procurement, acquisition processes, and regulations

• Knowledge of enterprise licensing models and agreements

• Knowledge of assessing and prioritizing IT projects within a portfolio

• Knowledge of project management methodologies

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of Business Case Analyses and Cost Benefit Analyses

• Knowledge of cProbe

Clearance:
