Minimum Educational Req: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, etc.) or a recent graduatate within 1 year of graduation date.

Position Summary:
This position will assist the IT and security team with basic functions such as help desk issue resolution, inventory management, user on/offboarding, and daily maintenance tasks. Will also be assigned work related to special projects to improve security. This role will interact with users throughout the organization to provide help desk support and complete other duties.
This role will provide exposure to varied tools and projects such as Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, PowerShell, Fortinet, AWS, security policy updates, and compliance with standards such as PCI and the NIST CS Framework.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
• Help desk support, Tier 1
• Inventory management
• Project team functions (basic)
• Basic management tasks related to IT/security tools
• On/Offboarding
• User setup
• Equipment preparation
• First day setup

Technical/Software Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience with M365 preferred
• Basic operating system knowledge of Windows 11 and MacOS
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. This position is regularly required to use hands or fingers to handle and feel objects, tools, and controls. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl in confined spaces. The employee may be required to lift between 25 and 50 pounds. Internal and External Interaction:
This position regularly interacts with peers and senior leaders both in and out of the department and their immediate manager. They may interact with peers, customers, and vendors in a large geographical area.
