IT Analyst Role

Full-time, permanent position

Full-time onsite in Aylesford, Kent & SE London

Need to have construction experience

Core Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line IT support for site offices and head offices, resolving hardware, network, and software issues.
Gather business and operational requirements from project managers, quantity surveyors, and site agents to map "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows.
Support the rollout of construction-specific & IT platforms.
Train site and office personnel on new digital tools and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
