Apogee is seeking a full-time Senior Integration Acquisition Analyst to work with the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD.

What you will be doing:
- Apply knowledge and experience in acquisition program management philosophy policies and procedures to systems, subsystems, equipment procurement activities, post award program management tasks and throughout their life cycles.
- Assign personnel to provide services as described below in execution of the CV-22 Division acquisition management support requirements.
- Assist with program analysis, planning, organizing, and presenting program activities, including program management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures, Program Management Reviews, studies, briefings, and Program Executive Officer Reviews.
- Assist with configuration control and the review and data analysis using the PMRT Mar App (Program Management Resource Tool – Monthly Activity Report Application).
- Assist with developing integrated risk management plans and strategies, as well as draft recommendations relating to weapon system contractor production changes.
- Assist with writing, reviewing and editing program documentation with the goal of ensuring weapon system changes are accurately identified and recorded.
- Assist with reviewing engineering change proposals and contract change proposals, participate in fact-finding, and support the configuration control board process.
- Support reviews and data analysis including Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting in the Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) and Selected Acquisition Report (SAR).
- Reviewing the content of the directorate electronic workflow mailbox and assisting with compiling and integrating directorate data from the SOCCER tool into the directorate SharePoint suspense task tracking system.
- Assist with reviewing and establishing PEO policies and guidance.
- Assist with configuration control of electronic checklists through the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) to monitor/evaluate the directorate
- Manage the inspector general electronic management system, and report updates quarterly, and, as required, to AFLCMC and HQ AFMC.
- Assist the directorate with DoD Inspector General (IG), Air Force audit agency, Government accountability office, and Air Force inspection agency audit activity support.
- Assist in organizational data collection, evaluation, data management actions associated with monitoring the directorate’s officer performance report, Enlisted Performance Report (EPR) and military feedback programs.
- Provide support for strategic scheduling and planning documentation such as the integrated master plan and the integrated master schedule.
- Perform analyses to support program strategy decisions and courses of action.
- Provide a program assessment for integration of documentation to ensure consistency with program strategy and consistency across all milestone documentation.
- Participate in process improvement activities as members of, or advisors to, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and product/process improvement working groups.
- Assist in translating user requirements documents into Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation.
- Assist with developing and documenting recommended program management inputs for Performance Work Statement (PWS), and other acquisition documentation.
- Assist with developing the program's budget, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission, requirements development, and Congressional responses.
- Assist the Joint Program Office to execute an annual Air Force and USSOCOM budget
What you'll need:
- Security Clearance Required: Secret
- Possess one of the following education and experience combinations:
- Master’s degree with 10+ years (12 years preferred) of relevant experience, including 5 years supporting the DoD
