What is this role?

As an Inventory Control Supervisor at Cirkul, you will oversee inventory management processes, ensure accuracy in stock levels, and maintain efficient supply chain operations. Your role will be pivotal in driving inventory control strategies, managing stock-related issues, and coordinating with various teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and accuracy.

What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results: Ensure inventory levels meet production and distribution needs while maintaining accuracy and minimizing discrepancies. Analyze inventory trends to forecast needs and optimize stock levels.
• Taking Ownership: Be proactive in managing inventory systems, providing feedback to enhance processes, and resolving any stock-related issues. Implement best practices for inventory control and accuracy.
• Making Decisions: Oversee inventory audits, manage stock discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure timely reporting and resolution of inventory-related issues.
• Cultivating Relationships: Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and support overall supply chain efficiency. Provide training and support on inventory management practices.
• Instilling Trust: Lead with integrity in all inventory-related matters, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide ongoing guidance and support to your team.
• Customer Focus: Support the delivery of high-quality products by ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment to meet customer demands.

What background should you have?

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain supervision.
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems and best practices.
• Experience with safety and HR systems, including timesheets and time off.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds in a warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated resilience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple levels of employees and thrive in a dynamic environment.
