Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's

Hours - 7:00 am - until finished

Pay - 22.45/Hr.

Job Description:

• Set up equipment in preparation for department startup and wipes condensation in production areas.
• Also responsible for equipment tear down at shift end. Responsible for tracking and distributing meat batches for a variety of products going to Rolls, Logs and Link Blending areas while also adhering to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies.
• Responsible for setting up the Meat Batcher area with all needed equipment and scales.
• Familiar with the safe operation of production line conveyor equipment.
• Manage Process using SAP where needed.
• Ability to complete work cycles in less than 30 seconds.
• Must be able to distinguish material to be worked on/around and make decisions and act on material to be used.
• Must be fluent in computer-based programs such as Microsoft Excel and SAP or have the ability to learn.

Requirements:

• Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent. Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.
• Must be willing to pinch/grip product and place into specified location. Must be able to perform the following task for periods of time on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to bending, twisting, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. 1 person required for tub weighing 0 - 49 lb.; 2 people required for 50 - 100 lb. tub; Promotes safe lifting practices & employee safety.
• All employees are responsible for upholding the principals of SQF 2000. Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and all levels of management.
• Familiar with the safe operation of production line conveyor equipment.

• Must have 6 MThs continuous employment in the last 18 months. Preferred candidates will have at least 6 MThs of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agriculture or production experience.
