Job Description
- Warehouse location accuracy
- Create and follow yearly count schedule for warehouse
- Ensure all warehouse locations are counted and discrepancies are logged and corrected.
- Collaborate with onsite personnel to ensure 4eye principal is followed throughout process
- Ensure all Inventory documentation is updated and accurate
- Coordinate with external auditors for bi-yearly audits of warehouse
- Lean Warehousing Special Project Support
- Support of special projects and new business management
- Continued support and check standardization work in production area
- Support CIP project like Cycle time reduction, H/C reduction in warehouse area
- SAP routing maintenance
Qualifications
- High school degree or GED and/or specialized training in business or warehouse management
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations or related field required.
- Should possess skills to drive results, handle change-management, and achieve/exceed targets and goals.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience with SAP ERP
- Preferred experience in audit support/coordination
- Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to standards, policies and procedures.
- Ability to delegate, multi-task, lead groups, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred.
- Experience having been through IATF or ISO audits
- Experience utilizing problem solving techniques
- Experience with Lean tools
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
